Anime Girl RNG Beginner Guide: Your First 1,000 Rolls

The loop, in one paragraph

You press Roll. You get an aura, weighted by its printed rarity — 228 of them exist, from 1 in 4 up to 1 in 5.5 billion. Auras sit in an inventory that starts at 25 slots. Gold buys potions that raise your luck for a short window, and relics that raise it permanently but eat auras to craft. Every ten minutes the server may open a biome, which unlocks auras you cannot roll at any other time. That is the whole game.

Spend your first gold in this order

1. Small and Big Luck Potions, not storage

Storage upgrades start at 5,000 gold and each one costs 5,000 more than the last — the full track is 275,000 gold for 50 extra slots. Early on that gold buys far more progress as luck potions, because more rolls means more duplicates to sell, which means more gold.

2. Relic of Luck, as soon as you have a Tatsumaki

The Relic of Luck costs 5,000 gold plus one Tatsumaki aura and gives +10 luck permanently. Permanent beats temporary — this is the first upgrade that changes every roll you will ever make rather than the next thirty seconds of them.

3. Storage, once a recipe is in sight

The True Relic of All wants five specific auras at once. That is when slots start mattering, and not really before.

Learn the biome timer

Every 10 minutes the server rolls a 40% chance for a biome, and each biome is equally likely. Around seven auras are locked to Snow, seven to Galaxy, five to Magic, three each to Sakura and Rain. If you are hunting one of those, potions spent outside its window are wasted — they cannot roll something the game has not enabled.

Redeem codes before you start rolling seriously

There are 33 codes confirmed working right now and most pay in Premium Potion and Goodie Crates. Redeeming them costs nothing and front-loads the potions you will want for your first real biome window. You must join The Rolling Society group first or redemption silently fails.

Three mistakes that cost the most

  1. Drinking two luck potions back to back. Luck potions do not stack — the second one replaces the first. Use one, roll it out, then use the next.
  2. Crafting a relic with an aura you needed for a better recipe. Read the whole relic table before feeding anything to the Blacksmith.
  3. Chasing an Eternal aura at base luck. A 1 in 1,000,000,000 aura needs about 693 million rolls for a coin-flip chance. That tier is a potions-plus-relics play, not a patience play — see the tier list for what is realistically reachable.

Where the freebies live on the map

Megumin, on the hill in front of spawn, will read out the current code in dialogue. Power at the docks gives the daily quest. The Orb grants a small luck boost for exactly one roll. The Black Market rolls a 1-in-30 chance every minute to appear and sells discounted potions — full list on the NPC page.
